Social Media Strategy & Management

Strategy-first social media. We set the strategy, create and publish the content, and show you what it’s doing for your business.

Posting more isn’t a strategy.

Most organizations don’t need more posts. They need social media that connects to their goals, sounds like them on every platform and reaches the right people. That’s why every partnership starts with a month of strategy setting and planning before anything goes out.

Is this a fit?

Social Media Strategy & Management is a good fit if you:

  • Have other marketing in place and want social media managed strategically

  • Want a consistent, on-brand presence that ties back to your goals

  • Are looking for a long-term partner, not a posting service

  • Want clear reporting on what’s working and what isn’t

  • Community management that keeps conversations moving

  • Campaign support for key launches, promotions, and moments

  2. We create, publish, and manage Content, scheduling, and community management for your platform.

  3. We report monthly You get a clear report on results, and we sit down together to talk through it.

What clients are saying

  • “When I hired Shauna to support marketing at Aha Media Group, I needed tactical help but got a strategic partner. Over the past 3 years, she contributed countless ideas and built systems that keep our marketing on track. Thanks to Shauna’s strategic planning and execution, our social media audience doubled, and the growth meaningfully supported our business goals. She anticipates needs before I voice them and always ties the work back to our strategy. Her impact helped make the case for growing our marketing team.”

Lacey Reichwald, Director of Marketing, Aha Media Group

  • “Before working with Bloom Creative, I lacked a clear marketing strategy and didn’t have the time to stay on top of everything. I knew I needed a more thoughtful approach but wasn’t sure where to focus. Shauna has helped me put my own spin on social media, strengthen my LinkedIn presence, and stay focused on the marketing activities that matter most. I feel much less overwhelmed knowing I have someone who understands my brand, knows my goals, and keeps me moving in the right direction.”

Frequently asked questions

What does social media strategy and management include?

A month of in-depth strategy, then content creation, publishing, community management, and monthly reporting for your platform. More platforms can be added, and we’ll put together a custom proposal and plan for them.

How much does it cost?

Partnerships start at $2,500 a month for a single platform, with a six-month minimum. The first month is in-depth strategy.

Which platform do you manage?

We’ll recommend where to focus based on your audience and goals.

How is this different from Fractional Marketing Leadership?

Social Media Strategy & Management owns one platform, from strategy to execution. Fractional Marketing Leadership sets the direction for your whole marketing picture, and the execution can be ours, your team’s, or shared.

Do I need an audit first?

No. Every partnership starts with a strategy month. The audit is a good option if you want a standalone plan for your whole marketing picture first.

Who will I work with?

You’ll work directly with Shauna, with trusted specialists brought in when a project needs them.
