Fractional Marketing Leadership

Senior marketing strategy and hands-on execution from an experienced partner, without a full-time hire.

You have a team, a budget, and goals. What’s missing is someone to set the strategy.

You’re marketing, but no one owns the strategy, so the work stays reactive and disconnected from the business’s direction. Fractional marketing leadership gives you an experienced marketing partner who sets the direction and makes sure it gets carried out.

Is this a fit?

Fractional Marketing Leadership is a good fit if you:

  • See marketing as an important part of how your organization grows

  • Want one partner to lead both strategy and execution, or guide your team through it

  • Want marketing that ties back to business goals, not vanity metrics

  • Are looking for a long-term, trusted relationship

What’s included

Every partnership includes strategy, execution, and reporting as one process, not separate services.

  • A marketing plan across your channels: your strategy, priorities, and the platforms that matter most

  • Execution that fits your team: we carry out the plan, guide your team as they do, or share the work

  • Quarterly strategy reviews and campaign planning for key launches and moments

  • Coordination with your team and vendors, from content shoots to outside partners

  • Monthly reporting on what’s working, what isn’t, and what changes next

Built around your goals: Every partnership starts with a discovery call. We identify your goals, then create a custom proposal that outlines the strategy and the execution it will take to get there.

How it works

Partnerships have a six-month minimum, starting with a month of in-depth strategy.

  1. Month one is strategy We build your marketing plan: priorities, platforms, voice, and campaign direction. You approve the direction before anything goes out.

  2. We lead the work Depending on your proposal, we execute the plan, guide your team through it, or both, and coordinate with your vendors when the work calls for it.

  3. We report and review Monthly reports and a sit-down to talk through them, plus quarterly strategy reviews to plan what’s next.

Frequently asked questions

What is fractional marketing leadership?

It’s senior marketing strategy and hands-on execution from an experienced marketing leader, on an ongoing basis, without the cost of a full-time hire.

How much does fractional marketing leadership cost?

Every partnership is custom. After a discovery call, we create a proposal built around your goals and the execution it will take to reach them. Partnerships have a six-month minimum, and the first month is in-depth strategy.

How is this different from Social Media Strategy & Management?

Social Media Strategy & Management owns one platform, from strategy to execution. Fractional Marketing Leadership sets the direction for your whole marketing picture, and the execution can be ours, your team’s, or shared.

Do I need an audit first?

No. Every partnership starts with a strategy month. The audit is a good option if you want a standalone plan before committing.

Why a six-month minimum?

Strategy takes time to show results. The first month builds the foundation, and the following months put it to work and measure what it delivers.

Which channels do you manage?

The ones your plan calls for. Some partnerships have us lead the strategy while your team handles the execution. Others have us do both. Your proposal spells out exactly who does what.

Who will I work with?

You’ll work directly with Shauna, with trusted specialists brought in when a project needs them.
